De Hoog Orchids launches its new Dendrobium Nobile

After years of testing and perfecting, De Hoog Orchids has added a new variety of Dendrobium Nobile to its collection, the Dendrobium Nobile Bouquet Purple Rain. Tomorrow, at the Trade Fair in Boordfabriek (Rijswijk, the Netherlands), this novelty will be showcased to the public for the first time.

The Dendrobium Nobile Bouquet Purple Rain, as it is officially named, is exclusively cultivated by De Hoog Orchids and has already been "very positively received" by a select few exporters. The plant has a beautiful and compact structure. It has mainly 2 and 3 stems that have thick stalks, numerous flower clusters placed along the entire stem, and fresh green leaves. Altogether, it makes a stunning appearance, even when the many flower buds are still closed.

Thanks to the sturdy flower buds, which are dark pink to deep purple, the flower's color is immediately clear to the consumers.

De Hoog can be found at the fair at booth number 9.5.
