The countries present were: China, Denmark, Ecuador, France, Germany, Belgium, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Netherlands, Poland, South Africa, Turkey, United Kingdom, USA, and Vietnam. He reflects on 2019 and addresses the sustainability issue that the industry is dealing with. He also informs the guests about the events AIPH organized last year reflecting the important topics in the industry.
