This year, the three-day event gathered together 400 companies from 23 countries. Last year 500 companies exhibited at the show. According to the management of the show, the main reason for this decrease is the weak and unstable exchange rate of the rouble. Interestingly, the amount of visitors remained the same, compared to last year. This shows that Russia is still an interesting market. The Russians still and continue to love flowers. In general, the exhibitors were satisfied with the amount and quality of the visitors.

National displays of the major players of the world flower market were again distinguished by their size, among them the Netherlands demonstrated not only cut flowers but also nursery products, breeding novelties, technological equipment, floristic accessories, Colombia with its motto “Colombia Land of Flowers” and Ecuador, a global supplier of roses.

This year, an increased interest was shown by the Russian participants. The number of Russian participants considerably grown compared to last year.
