White weddings are highly popular here, but it is really effective to show clients that a hint of colour can be classic and joyful too. I use a lot of white Avalanche+, but also a lot of Sweet+ and have done a wedding with Peach+ and Candy+ that looked amazing. It's a way to distinguish yourself as a florist, whatever the budget is. It truly is one of my favourite flowers to work with and definitely my favourite rose."

This opinion is shared by wedding and event planner Mauro Adami of DomoAdami, who loves both the roses and Sicily. "It's one of the main Italian wedding locations," he says.
