International propagators, breeders, growers (both local growers as well as city growers) and retailers. They all gathered in Vilassar de Mar at the Plantinova Open Days, in connection with Viridalia 2019. The event took place from June 5-7, 2019. In addition, the week after they also organized a Consumer Day to get the opinion of consumers regarding colors, forms and so on.
Open Day
According to Charlotte Weis during the Open Day, they welcomed approximately 300 visitors. "There was especially a lot of focus from the audience on our new Lavandula lines." Further on display was a list of products:

Consumer Day
On June 15, they also organized a consumer day, where 40-50 consumers paid a visit to the Plantinova site. This day was organized with the aim to get the consumer's opinion on the varieties, colors, shapes and so on. According to Charlotte, the highlights of the consumers were Lavandula Libelle series, Fruit me Selection, and Dahlia Pyroblossom series.
Next year
"Every year we have Open Days at Plantinova and every second year in connection with Viridalia. Next year the Open Days will take place Wednesday to Friday in week 23. We also plan a consumer day in week 24, to get the opinion of the consumer on the various colors, forms etc. We want to know what excites them!"
