Terra Nova Nurseries announced a sneak peek of its new variety, Anemone Satin Doll Blush. This deciduous perennial has large, dogwood-like flowers that are held just over its glossy foliage. It has a high flower count and provides excellent foliage cover, according to Terra Nova.
Anemone Satin Doll Blush doesn’t have a large footprint in the garden. It is one of the earliest blooming varieties in Terra Nova’s catalog.
The genetically-dwarf anemone variety has a mounding growth habit and grows the most actively in summer. Anemone Satin Doll Blush is suitable for pots with its pink flowers and green foliage. It is also a pollinator attractor.
Anemone Satin Doll blooms from July to October. U.S.D.A. Hardiness Zones for Anemone Satin Doll Blush are 4-9, and its exposure allows for full sun and part shade. It has a flower height of 9”, a foliage spread of 17” and a flower height of 17”.
