Dutch greenhouse builder delivers garden center project

On Wednesday the 29th of April 'Natuurlijk Tilburg' opened its doors for the general public. Unfortunately, a big and festive opening didn't come, but that doesn't make this new garden centre any less beautiful.

On the Rugdijk, on the site of the old Overvecht shop, is now a completely new garden center. Under the same roof you can also find the Animal Center and around the corner you will find a Gamma (DIY store).

Luiten Greenhouses had the honour to take on this large project. Realising total projects in the retail sector is nothing new for them. With more than 30 years of experience, this project was once again unique and a great pleasure for them to work on. The greenhouse construction, the screen installations and the sandwich deck and facades were all realised by Luiten Greenhouses.

‘De Rugdijk’ has a beautiful view and this has been taken into account as much as possible in the design. The glass greenhouses give the garden centre an open look, a real greenhouse feeling. The closed DIY store and animal department are behind it.

After a few months of hard work, the desired end result has been achieved: a beautiful and sustainable garden centre. During construction, sustainability was central to the team and that is also an important core value of 'Natuurlijk Tilburg': the range of products changes with the seasons and ensures that the products are good for people, nature and the world.

The garden centres in the Netherlands are all open to visit. Since we now all have time to get to work in the garden, it's certainly a tip to take a look at 'Natuurlijk Tilburg'. Please do not forget all measures and keep a minimum distance of 1.5 meters from your fellow visitors. ‘Natuurlijk Tilburg' is open 7 days a week.
