Dümmen Orange opens new office in Ethiopia

The Dümmen Orange office in Koka, Lumme Woreda (Ethiopia) has been completely renovated. On 13 January, Yordanos Jemal Shkuri (General Manager) conducted the festive opening ceremony, which was attended by colleagues and local business relations.

“We are very happy and satisfied with our new office,” says Yordanos. “As an employer, we want to ensure good working conditions and provide a healthy, safe and pleasant working environment for all our colleagues. Our new office is definitely ticking that box.”

The state of the art office provides space for over 40 people and houses the administrative staff of Dümmen Orange’s 40-hectares Pelargonium and Poinsettia cutting production farm in Koka. From here, Dümmen Orange is exporting over 200 varieties of rooted and un-rooted cuttings to different parts of Europe and the USA.
