In Jinan, Shandong, China, an opening ceremony was held on 21 July. A production base has been officially put into use. This production base is for leading and developing the local flower industry through a scaled and automated production process. With this base put into use, local farmers will be trained with knowledge of scaled production processes and management of modern greenhouse. In this way, local farmers’ skills in flower growing will be raised, and the production scale, quality, and branding development of the local flower industry will be increased.
This production base includes a 44160 square meters Venlo glass greenhouse and 2 set multi-span film greenhouse, 36800 square meters, which are designed and built by KINGPENG. For higher automation production, equipped with an automatic ebb/flow bench system and a mesh net system.
