Shandong Yixiang Smart Ecological Flower Industrial Park project is the first 5.0 modern agricultural, industrial park in Jinan City. It is invested and operated by Shandong Yixiang Flowers and Trees Co., Ltd. and constructed by Beijing Kingpeng Global Technology, Priva's partner. The total investment in the project is about 160 million RMB. There is one high-end smart glass greenhouse with an area of 44,160 square meters and two multi-span plastic greenhouses with an area of 36,800 square meters, 80,960 square meters in total.
The high-end intelligent greenhouse is divided into 4 areas, including 1 seedling cultivation area, which mainly cultivates begonia, verbena, geranium, impatiens, petunia, calibrachoa, salvia, tagetes, coleus, zinnia, cleome, leucanthemum maximum, pansy, kale and other grass and flower seedlings. There are 3 planting areas for potted flowers, mainly planting potted roses, large flower begonias, super impatiens, garden chrysanthemums, pentas, hydrangea, cyclamen, and other potted flower varieties. The multi-span plastic greenhouse is mainly used for the cultivation and production of grass and flowers for municipal uses. Various areas of the industrial park were put into production in March this year. After the full operation, it is expected to produce 15 million pots of seedlings and 3 million pots of various types of flowers.
The project adopts the world's most advanced Priva Connext control computer, Priva water management system such as Priva NutriFlex fertilizer applicator, Priva Vialux M-Line medium pressure UV sterilizer, and other equipment.
Priva NutriFlex Fertilizer applicator
Priva Connext is designed and developed based on a closed-loop system concept for irrigation and water management control. All irrigation equipment can be integrated into the Priva Connext for irrigation control through a range of triggering conditions such as light, time, flow, humidity, transpiration, vapor pressure differential, and liquid return. All these conditions can be independently controlled according to 6 time periods of 24 hours.
The Priva NutriFlex fertilizer applicator is controlled as a sub-station by the Priva Connext control computer, taking into account factors such as flow, EC value, pH value, light, and external conditions. Its beautiful appearance and compact structure are easy to install, and it supports up to 13 fertilization channels, which can be used for the efficient fertilization of various crops. The body is made of stainless steel and durable materials and adopts the Venturi principle of the fertilizer suction channel. There are very few detachable parts, so the whole machine is durable and has a low failure rate. All systems are equipped with single or dual EC and pH sensors to measure the concentration of the nutrient solution and adjust the solution to the desired EC and pH values.
Priva Vialux M-line Medium Pressure UV Sterilizer
The Priva Vialux M-Line medium pressure UV sterilizer precisely measures the UV transmittance of the water flow before each start-up of the system to ensure the accuracy of the sterilization process settings. This ensures that harmful microorganisms are eliminated while saving energy. The Priva sterilizer is equipped with various protections, such as bulb damage prevention, idling prevention, expansion prevention, low-level protection, and overheat protection.
