He has experienced three generations of Noordam and already sees the fourth one coming.
Ben Wever started at the company as a 15-year employee in the nursery. There, he went through almost all departments. He still spends four full days there or on the road.
Always the first to arrive (at least at the office), he is a super-stable factor at Noordam. His colleagues sum him up: loyal, consistent, reliable, reachable, tackling everything, nothing is too small, collegial, and (a touch) headstrong! To them, that is Ben Wever.
