US (MD): MANTS is coming to an end

After two busy days with a total of 11,055 registrants, it is time for the final day of the Mid-Atlantic Nursery Trade Show. The organization is very pleased. "We saw a bustling show floor, tons of orders written, and super positive vibes among exhibitors and attendees. Time to celebrate or sleep, and get ready for Day 3!" they said yesterday.

Below are some pictures that we received from the show floor.

Plant Development Services' Buddy Lee, Connecticut Gardener's Anne Rowlands, and Ladygardener's Lorraine Ballato. And their brands Southern Living Plant Collection, Sunset Plant Collection, Encore Azalea, Better Boxwood, and Butterfly Candy.

Frank Ritico, Pieter van der Lans, and Dave van der Sman at the Mants show. They have a booth together (2plant and Growing Colors), booth#1300.

Meet HilverdaFlorist Sales & Product Representatives Mazanne Pennings and Stef Berkhout. At their booth #2254, one can learn everything about their high-quality starting materials in Potted, Patio & Garden plants and how these plants match market demand on, among others, landscape performance.

One of the highlights is Dianthus Beauties: "Beauties is a series of beautiful perennial Dianthus varieties. Due to the elegant colors and scents, the Dianthus is a real must-have for the balcony or in the garden. Beauties is a series of surprising Dianthus varieties with remarkable vigor for a small plant.." Another highlight at the HilverdaFlorist booth is Garvinea Sweet. "Garvinea is the only true Garden Gerbera. With great weather tolerance, Garvinea provides lots of happy colors from early spring until the first frost. This robust garden plant offers countless long-lasting large flowers. Garvinea attracts friendly pollinators such as bees and butterflies and is highly resistant to pests and diseases.
