Brandkamp selects new products for cut chrysanthemums

Again Brandkamp selected new products for cut chrysanthemums and will introduce them to the market for the season 2023. After a long selection process, a whole family is available for the market launch.

Delhi Gold, Delhi Pink, Delhi Yellow, and Delhi Apricot. Click here for the enlarged image.

The Delhi family is initially presented in 4 colors: Delhi Gold, Delhi Pink, Delhi Yellow, and Delhi Apricot. "All four of them grow evenly. This makes cultivation a lot easier. The large, bright flowers have a diameter of 7cm. Their fresh green center lasts a long time and gives the flowers a long-lasting attractiveness. With a reaction time of 7 weeks, the various family is quite quick", the German breeder and young plant grower say.

Almaty

"The new variety Almaty is something special. It is single-flowering, and with its two-tone pink with silver tips it is ideal for sophisticated floristry when combined with other types of flowers in mixed bouquets. The reaction time is 8 weeks, and the growth is very even."

Yeti, Xian, or Ceylon

Of the new introductions of the last two years, the special forms of disbud varieties have been particularly successful, they say. "With elegantly decorative blossoms or large pom-pom blossoms, varieties such as Yeti, Xian, or Ceylon are a whole new generation in disbudded Cut-Chrysanthemums. Certainly versatile and combinable, they make a significant contribution to the renaissance of disbud chrysanthemums."

Branangel White and Branangel Pink

In multiflora pot varieties, two new varieties are coming onto the market for the Early Birds: Branangel White and Branangel Pink. "All groups of varieties in Early Birds are flowering in normal cultivation as early as August. The habit is better, the ball shape is rounder, and the vigor, which is so important in early varieties, is better than in previous varieties."

Branlion

Branlion, orange-gold with a red center, is a perfect autumn color, they say. "The variety fits very well with sunflowers, pumpkins, and calluna in decorations. Its flowering time at the beginning of October is just perfect for that."
