China's 'Peony capital' listed on Asia's largest flower trading market

The city of Heze in Shandong Province, known as China's 'Peony capital,' has launched a fresh flower trading center in a strategic collaboration with Asia's largest fresh flower trading market, Kunming International Flora Auction Trading Center (KIFA) in southwest China's Yunnan Province.

The Heze trading center will mainly focus on peonies and has ensured high-quality fresh-cut peonies through meticulous supply quality and logistics management. In recent years, the consumption of fresh-cut flower markets has tended to be high-level products, and peonies are one of them. It has provided an opportunity for the development of the peony fresh-cut flower market.

Heze has a peony cultivation history dating back over 1,500 years and has developed into China's largest base for peony production, research, export, and observation, with the most varieties of peony flowers in the world.
