This year Anthura's annual customer day was dedicated to the energy transition. After a welcome speech by Marco van Herk, Alexander Formsma, policy specialist Energy & Climate at Glastuinbouw Nederland, spoke about the way to realize 'climate neutral 2040'. Mark van der Knaap spoke about how Anthura approaches it. Marcel van Twist, Manager of Cultivation Research at Anthura, spoke about how he did research in cultivation cells and what insights this gives. Fokke Buwalda of B-Mex explained how he translates this knowledge into growth models, with which growth can be predicted increasingly well.
This was followed by a visit to the show greenhouse and a BBQ.
