Saving up to 50% energy with updated Ridder energy cloth RES10+FR

Ridder is introducing an improved version of its RES10+ FR energy screen cloth. This screen cloth with 5mm tape has been specifically developed to support growers during the autumn and winter months by bringing more light into their greenhouses while at the same time reducing energy consumption.

Thanks to a 5mm band, this fabric provides 7.1% higher light transmission, allowing crops to benefit from more daylight. At the same time, energy savings of up to 50% can be realized. The improved knitting pattern of the fabric also leads to more than 25% lower air and moisture permeability, resulting in a stable and predictable greenhouse climate.

Johan van Erven, product specialist at Ridder: "The first growers who have used the new RES10+ FR cloth are extremely satisfied. They notice a significant improvement in their growing conditions and see their energy costs decrease."

The cloths are manufactured in the Netherlands. The updated RES10+ FR energy cloth is available immediately and from stock.
