As a commitment to the qualification of the supervisors of the affiliated companies who assume a strategic role in their work teams, Asocolflores carried out the module of deep skills and labor relations of its School of Supervisors. In this first module, experiential content was developed involving didactic tools aimed at strengthening the capacities and skills of the companies' supervisors. With an intensity of 18 hours in Cundinamarca and 16 hours in Antioquia, the participants carried out activities that allowed them to broaden their knowledge on topics such as labor relations, emotional intelligence, decision-making, negotiation, and leadership tools, among others. This training was also an opportunity to highlight the commitment and willingness of these leaders, as well as to reaffirm the importance of this role within the organizations.

"From Asocolflores, we thank all the people and companies that participated in this first module; we also extend a special invitation to be part of the spaces designed by the guild for the transfer of knowledge and strengthening of skills for workers in the sector. We look forward to the second module of our School of Supervisors in the near future."
