RFH introduces new type of membership model, members must choose from 4 options

As a member of Royal FloraHolland, you will need a member pack to trade on the marketplace from 1 January 2024. A member pack is an agreement between a member and Royal FloraHolland, which defines access to trade channels, the applicable rates, and associated rights and obligations.

Last week, the Members' Council agreed to introduce this new form of membership. In each pack, a different rate applies for the use of the trading methods auction, auction presale, and direct sales. There is also a different agreement per pack on possible volume advantage related to the amount of a member's annual turnover.

Each member must choose the membership package that best suits his or her business operations by 15 December 2023. During October, members will receive more information about the packs and tailor-made advice by post.

You can read more about the member packs here.
