Anthurium nursery Feteris Plants from Hedel is opting for Floricultura varieties. After a number of test orders, owner Martin Feteris has decided to use Floricultura starting material on a larger scale to complement his existing assortment. Feteris Plants is looking for varieties that provide a complete range and are attractive to the market.

Must have for the market
"We started with the Koro variety, then continued with Kardia," Martin says. "This variety is a strong grower, has a full leaf structure, large flowers, and gives us as a company a nice quality plant. It is also a must-have for the market with its beautiful bright red flowers and long flowering time. We also have the Alma and the Delicia in our range."
Long-term collaboration
Floricultura and Feteris Plants are committed to a long-term collaboration. "Martin Feteris was one of the first growers to realize the potential of the anthurium variety Kardia," indicates Niels Kuiper, Floricultura account manager. "The variety is characterized by its large and lush bright red flowers and is ideally suited for the larger pot size."
