Quartet of rose growers proud of 'their' Queen of Roses

On an annual basis, Van den Berg Roses, SK Roses, Bernard Roses, and Meijer Roses export 100 million stems of Avalanche. That's about 300,000 per day, and to further highlight this large availability, they presented the video below a few weeks ago. Sequentially, Rob Meijdam, Marc Koene, and Arie van den Berg discuss the cultivation, production, and sale of this 'queen of roses'.

The 'Avalanche collective', which jointly promotes the flower with breeder Dummen Orange, holds exclusive rights for cultivation and sale in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Outside these areas, the genetics are also produced by others, primarily for sale in the local market.
