Zunino Cactus launches FlexiFlora:

"This new holder allows all stemless products to shine in an arrangement"

Succulents are becoming an increasingly popular product to use in bouquets and arrangements. Italian cactus and succulent grower Zunino Cactus noticed this trend and decided to enter the floral industry with their FlexiFloraTM, a holder that allows flower and plant professionals not only to use succulents but all kinds of flowers, plants, or objects that do not have a stem.

Meilin Breier at IPM Essen 2024 is presenting FlexiFlora for the first time.

Succulents in a bouquet
"Increasingly more succulents are being used in bouquets and arrangements," explains Meilin Breier of Zunino Cactus. Why? "In general, the succulents increased in popularity, and on top of that, they are long-lasting and year-round available. Even in weddings, we see that succulents are more often being used."

Creative box

Creative box
They developed a 'Creative box' which includes the FlexiFlora kit and various types of plants that are fixed on the holder and ready for use. "Depending on the size of the plants, there will be 10 or more pieces together with the sticks, which allows you to easily create your bouquets or arrangements."

Suitable for all kinds of products
Their initial idea was to make this holder for succulents, but when talking with florists, they quickly noticed that it could be used for all kinds of products. "Florists are artists, and with this holder, they can glue anything on it and easily make their own piece of art. So besides offering our succulents on the holder, we also sell the holders separately."

Flexible top
What is special about the FlexiFlora is the flexible top, explains Meilin. "This flexible top makes it more easy for designers to use it and allows them to display their arrangements optimally."

Myplant & Garden
At the IPM Essen in Germany, which took place recently, they launched FlexiFlora. Also, at the Myplant & Garden, which will take place from February 21-23 in Milan, Italy, Zunino will present FlexiFlora again.
