The HTA National Plant Show is known for showcasing exceptionalities in the horticultural sector. The New Plant Awards highlight the qualities of new plant varieties, with more than 99 entries divided into seven categories this year. Illusia emerged victorious in the Flowering Houseplants category.
Presentation
Illusia's presentation at the National Plant Show 2024 was met with much positive feedback. "Everyone who saw Illusia for the first time was immediately amazed," said Stefan van der Dussen of Profitplant BV. "The presentation of the plant, in a printed pot with a label, drew many "oohs" and "aahs" from attendees, leading to numerous questions about its availability and origin."
Bright future for Illusia
The response to Illusia at the HTA National Plant Show points to its future in both the UK market and beyond.
