HiBreeding announces the opening of its new office building and cultivation site at Oudecampsweg 40 in De Lier, the Netherlands. The opening was celebrated on Friday 14 June.
The new office building provides HiBreeding with the environment they need to work and to receive clients and partners. The adjacent greenhouse offers the space and facilities to carry out breeding activities and to grow (test) material of Hi hydrangeas. Previously, these activities were carried out at The Mastergrowers and Sjaak van Schie B.V.

Milestone
Mike van Schie, Product Manager at HiBreeding comments: "Moving into this location is a milestone. In 2017, the company started small. It's great to see how it developed, and to have our own office and breeding location. Nice to know: we are in the location where Fidus once started breeding." The opening could not go unnoticed. "In week 24, during FlowerTrials, we showed the new office to several customers and partners. We also celebrated the opening of our new office with the staff of HiBreeding, The Mastergrowers, Sjaak van Schie B.V., and a number of partners and associates. This was a nice conclusion to the FlowerTrials, in which HiBreeding participated."

Corporate video
During the opening party, HiBreeding's new corporate video was also presented. This video, was shown for the first time during the FlowerTrials and gives an idea of HiBreeding's vision, mission and daily operations. The video can be viewed on YouTube:
