Consumers aks the AI-driven chatbot 'Marc Marimo' all kinds of questions. From the right amount of light and water, the appropriate temperature to nutritional advice. It is a tool that aims to educate and unburden consumers quickly and in an accessible way.
With this addition, Esperit Elements seeks to respond to current technical developments in the market. The information page is available in five languages: Dutch, English, French, German, and Italian. The chatbot answers questions in each language. The tool also used to gain more market insight. This allows Esperit Elements to see where people are scanning.
Esperit Elements states that it will continue to further develop this tool. Soon, the terrariums and other specials from the year-round range will also be provided with a QR code.
