Wireless Value develops and produces wireless measurement systems for, among others, greenhouse horticulture and (top) sports fields.With a newly developed scale for the cultivation method Plant Empowerment, the company wants to grow further on the international market.
They realize that the company's strength and opportunities lie mainly in greenhouse horticulture. "So then you also need people who know this market well. They proved difficult to find, but after a few failures we learned to wait for the right person. Since we have an in-house account manager who knows the sector very well, it all began to fall in into place."Bas shares in the story in which he also reflects on his personal growth.
