'Sydney is home to Australia’s largest flower market'

The Sydney Flower Market is the place to go this spring with colourful flowers lining the aisles. The giant markets supply around 75 percent of wholesale flowers sold around Sydney. With the onset of warmer weather, the flowers are in full bloom and the markets are bustling with seasonal activity.

Although the flower markets mainly supply flowers to florists around Sydney, regional NSW, and the ACT, they are also open to the general public. On offer is a wide variety of locally grown flowers from around NSW including everything from daffodils, oriental lilies, tulips, poppies, cherry blossoms, purple iris, lavender, ranunculi, and much more. Spring and summer will also see a variety of seasonal blooms.
