UK: Plant breeders required to provide data

In January 2024, a formal request was issued to holders of Retained EU Plant Variety Rights to provide an address for service in the UK or details of a UK agent.

This information is legally required by the Controller of the Plant Variety Rights Office.

If you do not provide an address for service in the UK or details of a UK agent, your Retained EU Plant Variety Right(s) may be at risk of termination in the future.

Please see this letter for further information.

If you have any queries please email [email protected] with the Holder of Rights and the EU grant number/s that your query relates to (you can find these numbers in column A on the spreadsheet in section 2) in the subject heading.
