Floriexpo announced today that the 2024 edition received "unprecedentedly" high scores for attendee and exhibitor satisfaction.
According to a survey conducted by events industry research company Explori, which took into account all KPIs, the Overall Show Score for Floriexpo was 90 out of 100, exceeding the previous editions and overperforming trade show industry benchmarks. Additionally, the NPS (Net Promoter Score) received was +59, exceeding all benchmarks and ranking in the top 5% of events for this metric, Floriexpo states.
"The results of this year's Floriexpo surpassed all of our expectations, to see the excitement for the event reflected in such a positive way by both our attendees and exhibitors is just amazing," said Bob Callahan, CEO + Partner of Floriexpo. "We truly took into account the feedback and direction of our incredibly valuable Advisory Board which is comprised of stakeholders and tastemakers who are driving floral forward. We attribute much of the success of the 2024 edition of Floriexpo to listening to the people who have their fingers on the pulse of this remarkable industry," said Callahan.

In 2025, Floriexpo will return to the Broward County Convention Center in Ft. Lauderdale, FL from June 4-6th. A live floor map will be released during the week of September 23rd and registration is expected to go live in early 2025.
