100s of chrysanthemum varieties at New Holstein greenhouse

It's a sea of bright colors at an area nursery for plants. "We started, about the 14th of August is when the first people were in for mums. And then it just progresses from there. And I'd say the last 10 days or so have been really, really busy with mums," said Joe McShaw, Honeymoon Acres Greenhouse owner.

The season for chrysanthemums -- commonly known as "mums" -- is underway. "Normally, it's a little colder. So, it's kind of like there comes fall, and people do it that way. But it's really just that season that people like to change out the flowers they have," said McShaw. McShaw says he started the season with more than 35,000 chrysanthemums. He says he sells more than a hundred different varieties.
