Hill's Pet Nutrition and Pasadena Humane's 2025 Parade float celebrates the heartwarming journey of shelter pets finding their forever homes. The "Welcome Home" float celebrates the joy, companionship and enrichment that pets bring. The float shines a light on the life-saving power of adoption, especially for vulnerable pets like large dogs. Together, we can all create more "Best Days Ever" for the millions of pets waiting for their new homes. The float features vibrant beautifully designed floral depictions of adopted dogs and cats, representing real pets from Pasadena Humane, riding alongside passionate staff and volunteers. Adoptable dogs from the shelter will ride on the float, inviting everyone to open their hearts and homes to pets in need. Since partnering in 2012, Hill's and Pasadena Humane have provided nutritious food and lifesaving care to more than 70,000 animals. This float symbolizes their shared mission to give shelter pets a second chance at life. Rotary – Phoenix Decorating Company
Rotary's float, "On The Road With Rotary!," features lively farmyard fun and windmill whimsy. A classic truck, loaded with a quirky crew of barnyard buddies, takes center stage as it races away from a flower-covered farmhouse. At the top of the float, a cool cat snaps a selfie with his horse friend, while a rooster, two playful dogs, a cheerful pig, and a pair of friendly cows join in on the barnyard shenanigans. Pumpkins, vegetables, and beautiful flowers spill from the scene, adding to the festive energy. A surfboard suggests a trip to the beach, and a spinning windmill whirls in the breeze, completing this joyful celebration of Rotary's community spirit. At over three stories tall, this fully animated float is full of life, with flapping wings of the pterodactyls, a lush tropical landscape, steaming volcanoes and flowing waterfalls. The vibrant scene symbolizes how at The UPS Store dreams take flight every day. From their franchise owners to the small business customers they serve, The UPS Store is committed to supporting entrepreneurial aspirations. Big dreams start with young minds, evident in the retailer's Start Small, Grow Big program benefiting Junior Achievement USA. This initiative provides school-aged youth with education and lessons in financial literacy for children to be best prepared for their futures. Since the program began in late 2022, more than $6 million in customer donations have been collected to support Junior Achievement chapters nationwide. This float will encourage all viewers to dream big and embrace their own courage to spread their wings – and fly!
