India: Nauni varsity wins awards at farming conference

Students and faculty members from the Department of Floriculture and Landscape Architecture, Dr YS Parmar University of Horticulture, Nauni, have brought laurels to the university by winning multiple accolades at the recently concluded National Conference on Smart Farming Solutions for Ornamental Horticulture at Maharana Pratap Horticultural University in Karnal.

The conference, held in collaboration with the Indian Society of Ornamental Horticulture, saw the participation of four faculty members and 10 students from the university. "Leading" scientists and researchers from various institutions and state agricultural universities presented their latest research on ornamental horticulture, offering "valuable" insights for both budding scientists and students.
