Plants Breeders' Rights conference held in Belgrade

Protection of Plant Breeders' Rights (PBRs) are crucially important in adapting to rapidly changing climate conditions in the region and contribute to many of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, states Pheno Geno Roses.

Pheno Geno Roses participated in the Conference on Raising Awareness and Strengthening Enforcement of Plant Breeders' Rights in the Western Balkans organized jointly by the Dutch Embassy in Serbia and Naktuinbouw, Netherlands.

The conference took place in the IN Hotel Belgrade on 20th November 2024.

"This event broadened knowledge on topics such as DUS examination, enforcement, and international cooperation in the field of PBRs and provided an opportunity for networking with other professionals in our field. We would like to thank the Dutch Embassy in Serbia for this opportunity," comments Pheno Geno Roses.
