New VP of Worldwide Operations for KLM Cargo

Effective 1 March 2025, Charlotte Elpers will assume the role of Vice President of Worldwide Operations at KLM Cargo, succeeding Koen Bolster. As VP of Worldwide Operations Cargo, Charlotte will oversee KLM's global cargo operations.

Koen Bolster will transition to his new role as Executive Vice President of Hub Operations at KLM on 1 February 2025.

Charlotte Elpers has been with the KLM Group for 19 years and her career includes roles such as Director of Cabin Crew at Transavia, VP of Schedule Development & Distribution at KLM carrying responsibility for operational aspects of the airline's flight schedules, and her current position as VP Passenger Services at KLM's Schiphol hub.
