Stay tuned for the IPM Essen photo report!

The final hours of IPM Essen are underway. Thursday was another good day at Messe Essen, but many have noticed that it is quieter than expected or hoped. Another notable observation: many students were present on Thursday.

Hall 1 and 2, the traditional ornamental plant halls, were bustling as usual, while some other halls felt noticeably quieter. However, this provides an opportunity for more in-depth conversations, which many visitors and exhibitors took advantage of.

At Bloemenbureau, presentations were given throughout the day on various floral trends, such as conservative styles and cottage core. There were even floral arrangements incorporating vegetables on display.

Sustainability is again a hot topic this year and a lot of companies are tapping into it, highlighting their sustainable products

Juan Carlos Gallon of Oboya presenting their machine that can pull hundreds of kilos of harvested flowers or bananas.

ErfGoed also implements complete water technology installations. Last month, they organized a WaterEvent for a reason.

Luigi Vasarri and Lisa Cassar of Morel with Macaron. One of their newest mini series. Eager to learn more about this series, but also their other varieties, check out this article when we visited the Morel Trials, last November.

Jørn Eriksen and Floradania's Louise Vendelkær Spenner. Jørn is a construction builder and designed the 300m2 stand of Floradania. Missed the Floradnia booth with the Danish exhibitors? No worries, in week 13 they will organize the Floradania Spring Fair

Walter Lais and Alexander Bergmann in front of the Mayer Buffer Belt. Last year Bermann took over the management of Mayer Planting Systems.
