"Ecotomato" CJSC, which specializes in flower cultivation, plans to invest 3.8 billion drams in the establishment of a high-tech greenhouse farm.
At a meeting on Thursday, the Armenian government decided to exempt the company from customs duties.
The greenhouse farm, covering a total area of 8.3 hectares and located in the village of Goght in the Kotayk region, will use hydroponic methods to grow high-quality Dutch roses. As part of the investment program, the number of jobs is expected to increase from the current 134 to 200 by 2026.
