According to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Binh Giang district, by February 2025, the whole district will have 10 greenhouse and net house models with a total area of 45,000m2.2In Co Bi, Thai Hoa and Hong Khe communes, 4 more models were added with a total area of 15,000m2.2 compared to the same period in 2024.
The greenhouse and net house areas of Binh Giang combine automatic watering and fertilization, with monitoring and operating systems. The main crops are melons, tomatoes, cucumbers, baby melons, and flowers, bringing high economic efficiency, with production value reaching from 1 to 3 billion VND/ha/year.
