Suntory Flowers:

US: "Hope springs eternal in Philly"

Fresh off a Super Bowl win, Philadelphia is a party town. Suntory will be there for the ultimate garden party, the Philadelphia Flower Show, March 1-9. This will be our fifth year supporting Botanical Artist Tu Bloom's potting parties, where he will engage more than 2,700 consumers in hands-on planting activities – as many as 75 people at a time, four times a day.

The popular workshop draws a diverse mix of participants spanning generations – families, friends, parents with children, spouses, lovers and singles. Companies have even reserved slots for team building. This year's Suntory varieties are Senetti and Granvia plants grown locally by Peace Tree Farm.

Last year's potting party:

This year's assortment of varieties:

Granvia Bracteantha
Super strawflowers offer three seasons of color. "Harvest blooms for dried floral crafts."

Senetti Pericallis
"Early spring is the perfect time to plant Senetti along with other cold-tolerant annuals. Baby varieties are more compact with smaller blooms."
