The Houseplant Studios at RHS Chelsea, sponsored by Malvern Garden Buildings, offer a wealth of inspiration for creating an indoor sanctuary filled with a variety of beautiful plants. Inspired by a space in a home dedicated solely to houseplants, the terrariROOM plants will be displayed in ways that simplify their care and resemble an enterable terrarium. Grow lights will demonstrate how houseplants can thrive without being placed next to a window.
The Babylon Beats exhibit draws inspiration from The Hanging Gardens of Babylon, an ancient wonder of the world and an early documented structure where plants were displayed ornamentally. The exhibit references ancient architecture and forms through a retro-futuristic and transcendent filter, featuring alternating structures and levels.

Creating a multi-sensory home sanctuary, The Sensory Retreat features plants that actively shape mood, reduce stress, and enhance well-being. It showcases how a small, plant-filled corner of a home can become a peaceful, restorative escape for relaxation, work, or social connection.
The Roots of Wellbeing exhibit creates the illusion of a living wall by using well-established hanging potted plants. Trailing plants arranged in rows and dangling from the ceiling curate an immersive experience for visitors.
This year marks the first time at RHS Malvern where Indoor Plant Gardens will be RHS-judged. Held in the Festival of Houseplants, this brand-new feature leads the way in recognizing the versatility of indoor plants and the accessible, affordable ways we can incorporate them into our lives.
RHS Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival will feature the brand-new Houseplant Marquee as a dedicated area for houseplant growers. The space will exhibit a range of indoor plants and offer terrarium workshops, with experts on hand to discuss caring for these plants.
