Dümmen Orange unveils new Managing Director for Naivasha farm

Dümmen Orange appointed Roderick Benjamin as Managing Director of its farm in Naivasha, Kenya, effective April 1. With over 20 years of experience in the agricultural sector, particularly in cut flowers, Roderick brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership expertise to his new role.

Throughout his career, Roderick has held senior positions across various enterprises in the sector, gaining extensive insights into both local and international markets. His experience will be key in advancing Dümmen Orange's mission and further enhancing operations in Naivasha. In his role as Managing Director, Roderick will oversee the technical and managerial functions of the farm. His decision-making will ensure long-term operational stability, while driving innovation and expanding the farm's market reach.
