US: Terra Nova Nurseries expands Echinacea Delightful series

Terra Nova Nurseries has expanded its Echinacea Delightful™ Series with the debut of three new varieties: Echinacea Delightful 'Garnet', Echinacea Delightful 'Sunshine' and Echinacea Delightful 'Tropics'.

Delightful 'Garnet' is distinguished by its deep green foliage and striking ruby-garnet-colored, double anemone-type flowers. Its compact, bowl-shaped form aligns with the series' signature habit. The lush, pine-toned leaves remain dense to the base of the plant, creating a full, finished look.

Terra Nova's new Delightful 'Sunshine' lives up to its namesake with its bright, sunny-yellow flowers that will not fade from the first bloom until the last. This plant is a little larger than the rest of the varieties in the Delightful series, and its superb habit and great vigor give it dual purpose for containers and landscapes.

Delightful 'Tropics' is a showstopper with its fully double, long-lasting blooms in an eye-catching mix of orange, mango and ruby grapefruit; the flower color deepens as the variety matures, offering continued interest. The echinacea's matte-green foliage is a beautiful contrast against its pollinator-attracting blooms.

Terra Nova debuted the Echinacea Delightful Series in 2024 with the launch of Echinacea Delightful 'Gold', Echinacea Delightful 'Lace' and Echinacea Delightful 'Sangria'. The beloved series, specifically aimed at the pot crop market, now comprises six varieties. Each variety in Terra Nova's Echinacea Delightful Series has been bred to remain tight with an impressive flower count of fully double flowers.
