Mission Produce Europe is looking for another Supply Chain Coordinator who, will play a key role in overseeing inventory, logistics, quality, ripening, and repacking processes alongside 3 other colleagues of the European Supply & Operations Department. This position ensures the efficient and timely delivery of high quality fruit to customers, with responsibilities including order fulfilment, stock management, logistics coordination, and production support. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Coordinator will ensure that customer requirements are met, inventory quality is maintained, and operational processes are optimized.

Essential tasks and responsibilities
- You will take care of all logistical challenges in the company.
- Responsible for all inbound and outbound products.
- You will identify all possible problems and improvements in logistics and look for the solution.
- Coolaborate with the quality team to monitor and evaluate fruit conditions.
- Be the logistic link between sourcing and sales.
- Coordinate with inventory levels and coordinate fruit for (re)packing, ripening, sorting and bagging.
- Perform weekly inventory counts in the warehouse.
- Verify and enter orders into the system. (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- You report to the Commercial Director.

Job requirements
- HBO/BsC working and thinking level, in the field of Business Administration or Supply Chain.
- Several years of experience in fresh produce with exposure to logistics, inventory and/or production environments.
- Familiarity with exotic produce categories such as avocados and/ or mangos is a strong plus.
- Ability to work as part of a small team.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics D365.
- You are already living and settled in the Netherlands, in the area of Poeldijk.
- You have a driver's license and your own transport.
- You communicate clearly and fluently at all levels and you have an excellent command of English. Proficiency in Dutch would be a plus.

Location

Offer
A full-time job for 38 hours per week and daily working between 7:00 and 18:00. This will be done in a flexible way together with your fellow Supply Chain Coordinators.
